These terms govern purchases from Conspiracy Records.

Products

The shop currently sells digital downloads.

Payment and free items

Paid checkout is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe, not this site. Free items are claimed on this site with an email. A success page is not proof of access. Access is granted after we record the order or free claim and email the download link.

Delivery

After a paid order or a free claim, a secure email link opens the download page. Do not share that link.

Samples

You may use our samples in your own music and productions. You may not resell, redistribute, or re-upload our samples as a sample pack, sound library, or standalone files. Conspiracy Records is not liable for how you use the samples or for any work you make with them.

Refunds

If a digital file is defective or a download fails, write ConspiracyDesignNewsletter@gmail.com and we will replace the file. Other refund requests are handled case by case.
